"Port to port services" refers to the transportation of goods solely from one port of origin (where the cargo is loaded) to another designated port of destination (where the cargo is unloaded), without including any additional inland transportation services like delivery to a final address at the destination; essentially, it only covers the ocean freight leg of the shipment between two ports
